Kevin is the founder and driving force behind EnhDme-Pro. A Certified DME Specialist (CDME) through the Board of Certification/Accreditation, he brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector — working alongside leading agencies including Visiting Angels and Assisting Hands Home Care, and working for the Institute of Professional Care Education (IPCed) to raise industry standards nationwide.
Kevin previously served as a National Marketing Director in the care education field and has twice had the honor of presenting the National Caregiver of the Year Award at the Home Care Association of America's annual event. He is also the author of Swipe Right On Care, a practical guide for marketing professionals in the care industry.
Based in Columbus, Mississippi, Kevin leads EnhDme-Pro with the conviction that seamless access to top-tier commercial equipment — and reliable supply chains — empowers facilities to provide superior patient care.
Valerie brings over 25 years of professional experience in care operations to her role at EnhDme-Pro. As a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)®, she has spent her career helping healthcare organizations and care professionals navigate the equipment and supply systems that optimize patient care and facility safety.
Valerie built a highly successful homecare business as part of the Assisting Hands franchise network in Arizona, and currently serves as the Area Representative for Assisting Hands Home Care — Arizona, where she mentors and supports franchise operators. At EnhDme-Pro, she oversees quality control, B2B procurement standards, and the integrity of our commercial catalog.
Douglas oversees the financial operations and logistical backbone of EnhDme-Pro. A United States Air Force veteran with over 22 years of service, he brings military-grade discipline and operational integrity to our commercial pricing structures, bulk procurement options, and supply chain oversight.
